The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on the apk66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia or another territory in which online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period during which your Account remains active. apk66 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are ineligible.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by apk66 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register a new Account.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of apk66 or any of its affiliated companies, third-party game suppliers, or payment-processing partners.

Registration on the apk66 Platform is free of charge. To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing at minimum your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to notify apk66 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team at [email protected].

One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party, a different identity, or a different device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. apk66 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, confiscate any Balances held therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

apk66 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

apk66 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to verify the identity and age of its Players, prevent fraud, and meet its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed.

When requested, you must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Any identity document that clearly shows your full date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentary evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is held in your name — for example, a screenshot of the OVO, DANA, or GoPay account details screen, or a BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri bank statement header.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued to your name and residential address in Indonesia within the past 90 days.

apk66 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request additional documentation or information from a Player for the purposes of enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apk66 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account where available. apk66 strongly recommends this additional layer of security for all Players.
• Log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Never share your login credentials, one-time passwords (OTPs), or 2FA codes with any other person, including individuals claiming to represent apk66 customer support. apk66 staff will never ask for your password.
• Notify apk66 immediately by contacting [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your credentials have been compromised.

apk66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your responsibility until such time as you notify apk66 of a suspected unauthorised access and we take action to secure your Account.

All financial transactions on the apk66 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). apk66 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian Players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment network. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account. apk66 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by apk66 within an average of 15 minutes during normal operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your apk66 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. apk66 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day varies by account tier and payment method; full details are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account.

apk66 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return the funds to your Account Balance in cases where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder; (c) a suspicious transaction pattern has been flagged by our fraud detection system; or (d) the withdrawal would breach any applicable regulatory requirement.

apk66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day).

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all apk66 bonuses:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria (such as minimum deposit amount, account status, or geographic restrictions) are stated on each promotion page.
• Each bonus may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal may be made from an Account that holds Bonus Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Certain game types may contribute differently — or not at all — to Wagering Requirement calculations. • Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unconverted Bonus Funds remaining at the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.

• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine risk, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or colluding with other Players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. apk66 will void Bonus Funds and may permanently close Accounts in such cases.

All bets placed on the apk66 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming their wager. apk66 will not void or amend a bet on the grounds that the Player made an error in selection, unless apk66's own systems recorded the bet incorrectly.

Sportsbook: Pre-match and live in-play betting markets are governed by apk66's Sportsbook Rules, which are available within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these general Terms and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules prevail for sportsbook-related matters. apk66 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit maximum stake amounts at its sole discretion, including in response to irregular betting patterns or the late availability of market information.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apk66 Platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-Account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be reclaimed by apk66.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform, or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event or game offered on the Platform.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or apk66 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is self-excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing apk66 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the apk66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of apk66 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The apk66 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of apk66.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use any data mining, scraping, or automated extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of apk66's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk66 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

apk66 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss of data; service interruptions; delays in payment processing; or any act or omission of a third-party payment provider or game studio.

apk66's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude apk66's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by apk66; (b) death or personal injury caused by apk66's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

apk66 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event.

apk66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, apk66 will notify registered Players by email to the address held on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may request that the matter be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the rules of an arbitration body mutually agreed between the parties. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Jurisdiction: Nothing in this clause shall prevent apk66 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any conduct that would cause apk66 immediate, irreparable harm.
